Elizabeth Elrod is a part-time on-location portraiture photographer located in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. Born and raised in Sewanee, Tennessee, she has a fondness of the outdoors, animals, and sports. Elizabeth is a proud wife, Mother of two teen boys and a feisty rescue pup, Punkin'.
For the past 15+ years, Elizabeth has also worked full-time in the healthcare field and has a passion for helping people & serving the local community. She helped create the Bucs Youth Football & Cheer program in Chattanooga and currently serves on the Board of Directors for TriState Youth Football League. She is a member of Red Bank Baptist Church and serves alongside her husband as a Middle School Sunday School teacher. Elizabeth is also the photographer for Lower & Middle School Athletics at Boyd-Buchanan School.
When not working, she enjoys being with her family, traveling (especially to Walt Disney World!), and attending her sons' sporting events.
Specializing in natural light, Elizabeth's photography style is primarily "lifestyle" and "classic", but enjoys setting up creative, fun shots during sessions as well. She has been known to incorporate wizard wands, lightsabers, and mermaid tails - to name a few ;) Additionally, Elizabeth's editing style is "bright" and "vibrant" - aiming to enhance natural emotion & a pure (non-filtered) color scheme. Though Elizabeth's specialty is natural light, she is also comfortable setting up indoor "studio style" sets with off-camera lighting for sports photography. Whether you're looking for family portraits or photo coverage for an event, Elizabeth is sure to capture your special moments no matter the location! Don't forget: fur babies are welcome, too!
1 Peter 4:10 reads, "Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms."
...And so, I hope that I can bless you with my talent(s) by capturing life's special moments. Thank you for blessing me with your business.
